Premier's London Marathon

A fantastic £7,500 was raised at the 2006 Flora London Marathon by a team from Camberley based-developers Premier Properties.

After months of training, managing director Roger Jelley and his sons Jonathan and Matt completed the gruelling 26 miles run in a commendable time of 4 and a half hours.

Originally aiming to raise £3,000, the Jelleys were thrilled when their enthusiastic sponsors more than doubled this amount. The money raised will be equally divided between Save the Children and a local charity, Children with Special Needs.

"I won't miss getting up to train every morning at 5 am, which is quite a tough call!" says Roger Jelley, "But it was an amazing experience and definitely worth the effort to support these fantastic charities."
