Premier Properties apartment wins a top award at the Evening Standard New Homes Awards

Premier Properties is celebrating winning a top award in one of the most hotly contested categories of the prestigious Evening Standard New Homes Awards: its superb Eclipse development in Esher received a Highly Commended award in the Best Apartment category.

Presented at a ceremony held at the Dorchester Hotel, Matthew Jelley, Sales and Marketing Manager of Premier Properties, commented: "We are thrilled to have won this award in such a competitive category. Homes are judged on criteria including design flair, eco-friendliness, innovation, quality of finish, location, use of space and, above all, value for money. The judging is completely independent and winners are assessed by a panel of industry experts and Evening Standard readers.
