Awarding Winning Premier Properties - Daily Mail Property Awards 2006
Premier Properties builds the best apartments in Surrey! That was the official verdict at the Daily Mail UK Property
Awards 2006 held at the Marriott in Grosvenor Square, London in September. Roger Jelley, Managing Director of Premier
Properties, along with his son Matthew received the award from former royal correspondent Jennie Bond, for the Best
Apartment in Surrey for their Cable House Court development in Horsell near Woking.
Matthew Jelley says, “We are delighted with our success in these prestigious awards. It is great to have public
recognition for this project which demonstrates our commitment to high quality, well proportioned living space, be it for
young professionals climbing the property ladder, or those wishing to downsize.”
With its well-planned layout, excellent proportions and a high quality of finish, Cable House Court earned its title
admirably. Designed to echo the work of Charles Voysey, a pioneer of the ‘Arts & Crafts’ architectural movement that is
clearly evident around the Woking area, Cable House Court has striking kerb appeal.
Premier Properties philosophy is, and has always been, to design and build homes that enhance the character of the site
and the locality. The same attention to detail given to Cable House Court is applied to all developments, from first time
buyer apartments and young family homes, through to bespoke character houses and luxurious apartments for empty-nesters.
These core values enable Premier Properties to meet all stages of life on the property ladder the company boasts many
repeat customers.
