Premier Properties - Winners in categories for both Best Apartment and Best Development

At the Daily Mail Property awards 2007 held on Friday 5th October, Premier shot into new realms by securing an award within the well coveted and strongly sought after ‘Best Development’ category - the first time in the company’s history.

On the night an award was also won for Best Apartment, the category that Premier was also successful in last year at the 2006 ceremony.

The development that was submitted for both ‘Best Apartment’ and ‘Best Development’ was The Eclipse, More Lane Esher - a luxury development of 9 apartments. Jason Pilfold, site agent for The Eclipse was present on the night and commented ‘it was fabulous to see all the hard work and attention to detail being recognised at these prestigious awards’.

This is a jubilant addition to the awards cabinet for Premier, having already received an Evening Standard Award earlier in the year. Acclaim for the expert finishes and luxury standard is going from strength to strength.
